Mobile Massage - Receive massage and bodywork in the comfort of your own home

I am now offering my services in massage and bodywork, in the areas surrounding Aurora, Oregon (within an approximate 30 minute drive). I am trained and licensed in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Polarity Therapy. I will come to you, so that you can fully receive the healing power of touch, in a space that you are most comfortable and relaxed in.

I will need a clean, uncluttered space to work in, which should ideally be at least 9 ft by 9 ft

I will bring everything needed for your massage, just show up for the massage, ready to unwind any stress or tension being held in your body and nervous system.

You can choose between 1 hour, 1.5 hours or a 2 hour massage. Full payment is made upon booking.

1 hour in home massage is $145

1.5 hour massage is $195

2 hour massage is $235

*These prices are all inclusive, with the costs associated with driving, gas and equipment/materials. A 1 hour massage will last a full hour, and there will be additional time for setting up and cleaning up afterward (about 15 minutes).

Somatic Massage Therapist I completed the Somatic Massage Therapy program, with 833 hours at the Heartwood Institute in Northern California.

The program consisted of Neo-Reichian massage, which is a full body Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, addressing every area of the body, but allowing for concentration on the areas that need the most care. Neo-Reichian massage (developed by Wilhelm Reich) approaches massage with an understanding of how energy flows through the body, along with the emotional/nervous system component - muscle tension is directly connected to our nervous system and emotional holding patterns, and we need to allow and hold presence for out clients in order for these patterns to unwind and release more fully.

In addition, I studied Somatic Deep Tissue, going deeper in to the Mind/Body connection, so that a more complete healing can be experienced for the client.

We also focused a semester on Polarity Therapy, which helped to anchor in the understanding of how energy moves through our various systems, and when energy gets stuck, our body and mind move out of balance. We need to achieve balance in the mind and emotions in order to experience balance in the body.

We had classes in Breathwork, Craniosacral, hypotherapy, conscious communication skills, business practices, the sciences, and advanced yoga practices. In addition, I studied Somatic Deep Tissue, going deeper in to the Mind/Body connection, so that a more complete healing can be experienced for the client.
